Heather DeMoss

Billing Specialist

Heather DeMoss, originally from Gauley Bridge, WV, is the Executive Assistant at Intentional Wellness and Consulting.  She graduated cum laude with a degree in psychology from West Virginia University.  During her college years she was a member of Psi Chi (the international honor society in psychology), and an active member of her sorority, Delta Gamma. For the past two decades she has performed in the role of domestic engineer (aka full-time mom of three).

Over the course of her lifetime she has held such positions as office manager, secretary, receptionist, restaurant manager, restaurant server, bartender, nanny, and banker.  She served as PTO president of her children’s elementary school for five years and was team manager of her son’s travel soccer team.  Her skill set is diverse and varied, but her ultimate love is working with people in virtually any capacity.  She is a born leader and nurturer and enjoys helping others succeed in reaching their goals.

Heather is an animal lover and fur mommy to six pets…four dogs (including two rescues) and two cats (both rescues).  She has endless compassion for an animal in need.  In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her two college age daughters and traveling with her high school son on his soccer trips.  Beyond that, she also loves to cook, read, travel, and be in or around any body of water as often as possible.

Testimonials

Our Happy Clients

I hired Dolly as a consultant.  She helped me discover root causes of some of the barriers preventing me from being as successful as I want to be at my current workplace as well as build focused, long and short-term goals and objectives for my career, in general.  Having someone to navigate these issues and explore potential solutions toward clarity and success has been a worthy investment!

I had never been to therapy before and did not really know what to expect.  Dolly helped me see that therapy is “a place”, a safe place for “my stuff”.  Her sessions are a place for exploring the roadblocks both past and present that keep me from feeling as good and healthy as I want to.  She also helped me see that I might be Vitamin D deficient and if she hadn’t encouraged me to see my doctor, I would probably still be feeling depressed and have little-to-no energy.

Dolly Sullivan is/was a calming influence and guidance for me at a point in my life where I was searching for answers and peace within myself. Thanks to her, I am back in control of my emotions and my life. I can not thank her enough and encourage anyone struggling within their own life to reach out to her.
